Returns and Warranties:

All returns must be received at Bob's Cycle Supply within 30 days of receipt of package and must be shipped in a corrugated cardboard box like the one it was shipped in. Items shipped in the manufactures packaging will be refused by our shipping department.

Returned merchandise must be unused and suitable for resale. All special order non-stock items will be charged a 20% restocking fee.  Returns will be credited to the original form of payment or as a store credit. If you have any questions call 1-888-306-2627.

Merchandise is guaranteed in accordance with the manufacturers warranty. All warranty items must be cleaned before return. Please call 1-888-306-2627 before returning a product for warranty.
